Shooting the 35mm Matchbox Pinhole Camera

This was a very odd process, mostly because I had no clue what or how to do anything at this stage, just some vague timings for exposure. I was told somewhere that in sunlight you had to expose the film for 1 - 3 seconds, for overcast days, it must be 10 - 30 seconds, and indoor lighting is 15 - 20 minutes. I decided to use a notebook to record any notes that I had about the shoot, what the photographs were of, the type of lighting that I was shooting in, and how long I exposed the film for. This was so that if I wanted to do this again at some point, I could see what I did right and what didn't work so well. That way I can repeat steps that I took that resulted in a photograph to yield a better harvest, so to speak.

Since I didn't know what I was doing, I tried to stick to the timings I was given quite strictly, only going over a couple of times. I think this wasn't a good idea, since some places in my room were darker than others, so some images might have been under-exposed and some over. Again though, the entire idea of me recording everything was so I can see what I did wrong so I don't do it that way again.

Overall, I quite enjoyed the shoot, and will most likely try it again, maybe in a different location.
